Service scope

KAJ Analytics provides point-in-time AI Visibility Snapshots and optional monthly Monitoring. These services analyze publicly accessible information and AI responses using the business details you provide.

No guarantee

Reports are informational diagnostics, not a ranking guarantee, lead guarantee, legal advice, or a complete SEO audit. AI responses and source availability can change over time and may vary by prompt, location, model, and other factors.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the business information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to provide it. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

Payment and delivery

Snapshot purchases are one-time payments. Monthly Monitoring is a recurring subscription until cancelled. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Report delivery timing is an estimate and may be affected by provider availability or required review.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel monthly Monitoring before the next billing period to avoid future recurring charges. Snapshot and Monitoring refund requests are reviewed case by case, including whether requested work has already begun or been delivered.
